I have crohns disease and am sick quite often.
Which means I am not getting the nutrients/vitamins I need to stay healthy.
I LOVE these vitamins because I actually feel like I get the most out of these.
Some vitamins do NOT completely break down in your system... which means you are missing out on what you pay for.
These, break down completely and I feel like are absorbed more efficiently by the body that "hard" vitamins.
I will buy these vitamins for the rest of my life.

I primarily picked this vitamin based on other reviewers comments that it does not upset your stomach -- and -- it is 100% true! While this vitamin is large (very large), and, it does have a strong "vitamin-ly good for you" smell, you only need to take one a day to meet many of the 100% RDA's of many of the vitamins included.
